How can I change or return my order?

Please get in touch with us at hello@thelazycloud.com. We are happy to assist you for all order within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning.


How can I check the status of my order?

You should receive a confirmation email with your tacking number and order detail after your place an order. Please contact us if you don’t receive the email within 24 hour of placing an order. hello@thelazycloud.com.


How long does it take to ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours processing time after you place your order and shipping should take a few business days!

We ship domestically within the US, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as PO addresses


Can I change my delivery address?

Are you environmental friendly?

We thrive to produce as little carbon footprint as possible. We use much less amount of material needed to produce a mask on each skincare kit. We use recycled paper and soy based ink on our packaging.


Where are the ingredients from?

Our ingredients are carefully source from all over the world for the finest formula developed in our own testing lab in Taiwan.


I am sensitive to certain ingredients, how can I double check?

We strive to have our products be as natural and organic as possible. We focus on offering an optimal performance and are using a combination of low-impact, low-hazard ingredient. Our product is sulfate-free and paraben-free. However we advice you to consult your physician and review our ingredients.
